I think this show is awful. They take any person who is not “normal”, and try and put them in a box with the rest of society. Not only that, but any attempt the public make to explain their look is immediately met with disparaging comments from a narrow minded CGI computer that will “give you a make under.” No attempt is made to actually understand and appreciate these people styles.
They poke fun at the hundreds of individual, eccentric, beautiful fashions from around the world and basically say “You shoold make more of an attempt to fit it!” Then they put them in clothes that make them blend in.
Some people need to get the fuck over themselves and realise that the reason we function as a society is DIVERSITY.
–noun, plural 1.the state or fact of being diverse; difference; unlikeness.2.variety; multiformity.3. a point of difference.
Also, they need to put on their big girl panties and learn to respect other people’s opinions and not jump down their fucking throats on non related issues. Grow up, or go fuck yourselves. Either is fine by me.
Oh, I spent so long deliberating over this. I have a list and everything.
Belle’s ball gown
Because let’s face it. Every girl in the world wanted this dress the first time they saw it.
Giselle’s wedding dress
Again, I know she’s not an official princess. But it was the first time we’d seen a real life Disney Princess dress. We all went O_O and made grabby hands in the cinema. Admit it.
This one is just as much about the transformation as the dress. Fairy Godmother to sparkle me into fabulous gowns? Yes please!
Whilst the choice of pink and red hair remains questionable to this day, I was in love with this dress as kid. And the blue dress…and the sparkle dress…the wedding dress, and even the sail dress.
Maybe a little out of place next to the rest of them, but I genuinely had a Pocahontas dress when I was little. And then my mum made me one a couple of years back for a disney dress up party. Because I’m cool.
